What does "per location" mean?

Each business location (branch, venue, or site) that has its own storefront is one location. A single-site business pays £9.99/month. A business with three branches pays £29.97/month.

Are there any transaction fees?

Gifternise does not charge any commission or transaction fees. You only pay the standard processing fees from your chosen payment provider (Stripe, PayPal or Square).

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can sign up and start creating vouchers and coupons straight away with no credit card required. When you are ready to go live with payments, you can subscribe.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

Not at all. Everything is managed through a simple dashboard. Your branded storefront is created automatically and you can be up and running in under ten minutes.
