These Terms govern your use of storefronts powered by the Gifternise platform, operated by Twentu Services Limited ("we", "us", "our").
1. The Storefront Operator
The storefront you are visiting is operated by an independent Merchant using the Gifternise platform. Twentu Services Limited provides the technology only; all products, services, and offers are provided by, and are the sole responsibility of, the Merchant.
2. Purchases
When you purchase a gift voucher or claim a coupon through a Gifternise-powered storefront, your contract is with the Merchant, not with Twentu Services Limited. We are not responsible for the fulfilment, quality, or redemption of any coupon or gift voucher.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or Square) as configured by the Merchant. Gifternise does not store payment card details.
4. Gift Vouchers & Coupons
- Gift vouchers are subject to any validity period and conditions stated at the time of purchase.
- Coupons are subject to their stated terms, restrictions, and expiry dates.
- The Merchant is responsible for honouring all valid vouchers and coupons.
- Vouchers and coupons have no cash value unless expressly stated by the Merchant.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rights are determined by the Merchant's own policy. For any purchase queries, please contact the Merchant directly.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twentu Services Limited's liability is limited to its role as a technology intermediary. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of a Merchant storefront or from the acts or omissions of any Merchant.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
